Quesos La Aldea was born in San Clemente (Cuenca) from the legacy and passion of generations dedicated to shepherding Manchega sheep. With pride in our roots and respect for ancestral wisdom, our family decided to take a step forward, merging artisanal tradition with state-of-the-art facilities. We craft each of our cheeses using select, top-quality raw materials, specializing in unique varieties such as rosemary-infused lard-cured cheeses, gourmet spreads, and traditional recipes.
