Elaboado con leche cruda de oveja Manchega (no pasteurizada). Pasta de color blanco marfil, con pequeños ojos desigualmente repartidos. Textura compacta con cierta elasticidad y alta solubilidad en boca. Aroma y sabor profundos, agradables y suaves. Retrogustro intenso con matices de leche fresca.
